West Virginia Museum of Culture and History
Opening June 20th, 2009
As subcontractor to Design & Production, Inc.,  the ParaMounts team designed, fabricated and installed over 1,000
artifact mounts for this ground up renovation of West Virginia's state museum, located in The Cultural Center,
Charleston, WV.

While it is virtually impossible to display the full scope of this project,  the following photographs should provide a
snapshot of our work.  We are delighted to have delivered our part of this project on time and within budget!   Scroll
down for a mini-tour of the exhibits for which ParaMounts was responsible.
...and moving through the various periods of human history in the state.
Visitors to the new museum will follow a showpath through the state's history, with Discovery Rooms at
key points, starting with the geological foundations of our West VIrginia hills...
The Civil War, agriculture, industry, life in a coal
town, West Virginians at war, the changing role
of women and West Virginia's rich cultural
heritage are all represented throughout this
dynamic exhibit.
